Upon arrival at 9th Street Village, you’ll also encounter additional food carts at the corner of 9th Street and Armour Road. Our food cart pod in Bend includes a variety of cuisines to please any palate. Brown’s Basics, a small-batch bakery and food cart, anchors the dining scene at 9th Street Village, providing gluten-free options, custom cakes, hot paninis and more treats to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The Patio at 9th Street Village feeds your desires – and your belly – from morning to night. Stop by in the morning and grab a coffee and pastry from Industrial Joe’s, grab lunch at Brown’s Basics for sandwiches made on bread baked fresh that morning and meet friends at The Patio for happy hour or dinner. Brown’s Basics

Brown’s Basics is a small batch bakery. They offer a wide variety of gourmet, rustic-style baked goods for any occasion. The food cart offers a seasonal breakfast and lunch menu. Brown’s Basics bakes their bread and pastries fresh every morning while you are sleeping.

Industrial Joe’s

Industrial Joe’s is a drive and walk-through coffee shop on the corner of 9th Street and Armour Road, next to Brown’s Basics. Industrial Joe’s proudly serves Sisters Coffee as well as chai, smoothies and a variety of cold beverages. Grab a Brown’s Basics cinnamon roll or Sparrow Bakery ocean roll on your way to work!

The Grill 1646

Get your burger fix from The Grill at 9th Street Village. The Grill serves up fresh burgers, hot subs, gyros and a great $5 lunch option that includes a hot dog, BLT, small burger or grilled cheese. All meals come with chips and excellent customer service.


Good food runs in the family at Nosh Street Food. Nosh features an eclectic menu made from local ingredients — including delicious snacks, sandwiches and salads. Nosh specializes in housemade pickles and ferments, offering joy for all palates.
